Order Acceptance Policy

Witch Flame Botanica reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. We also reserve the right to alter the price of all items we carry at any time, as stated by our policy: Prices subject to change without notice.

Payment Methods

Witch Flame Botanica currently accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Money Orders, and Wire Transfer.

Sales Tax

The customer is solely responsible for all sales tax (or other taxation) on orders shipped to any other state or out of the country.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing, product information received from our suppliers, etc., please let us know so we can correct them. Information on our website is updated daily and will always be the most current information available.

Price Changes

Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices listed on our website will be the most accurate and up to date.

Shipping Policies

Most orders will be shipped within 48 business hours if items are available, and you are unable to make changes to an order once it has been packaged. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. You may, however, refuse the package, and upon its return receipt, we will credit you for the merchandise. Shipping fees and any return shipping costs will still apply.

International Orders and Regional Laws

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to understand and answer for all fees and charges required by Customs and Duty regarding packages ordered and shipped internationally.

All items sold by Witch Flame Botanica are legal for sale and distribution. However, it is the responsibility of all customers to understand local, regional, and national laws pertaining to the items they purchase, and purchasers are solely responsible for packages lost or destroyed, or any legal action resulting from the purchase of the items that are illegal in their particular country or region.

Pricing Errors

Whilst we try to ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the relevant oder at the correct price by the way of a partial refund from us or an additional charge as applicable. Alternatively, you may cancel your order in advance (before it is shipped) .

Return Policy

All Sales are Final and no Returned Merchandise is accepted unless authorization has been given. All claims must be made within 5 days from receipt of order. There is a 10% restocking charge on each order unless fault or error is ours. Shipping fees will not be refunded unless fault or error is ours and authorization were given. Please open your parcels immediately and inspect for damage or shortages. If your order has been processed and/or picked and you request the order to be canceled before it ships there is a 15% restocking fee.

Refused Shipments

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Witch Flame Botanica, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments) and the cost of returning the package to Witch Flame Botanica. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Backorder Policy

When an item is put on backorder at Witch Flame Botanica, we will ship it out to you as soon as it comes in. However, if the value of the merchandise is under £5.00 we will cancel the missing item from your order and indicate on the invoice when we expect the item to be available for reorder.

Shipment Damages and or Shortages

Should packages being received be damaged, broken or opened resulting in a shortage of merchandise in that particular package the delivery driver must mark this on his or her delivery sheet before you sign as having received the shipment. Immediately file a claim with the carrier. Retain the merchandise and packaging material for inspection by the carrier. You cannot recover for damages without these items. Packaging is done very carefully however, due to bulky packaging items can go unnoticed between the packaging materials. It is important you check immediately that you received all the items listed as shipped on your packing slip before discarding packaging. If you see that an item and/or items are missing you must file a claim to Witch Flame Botanica within 5 days of receipt of order.

General Information on ALL Services and Products

Q: Do all products and services come with instructions? What if I have more questions?
A: There are only 3 POINTS OF INTEREST (Your Request. Your Payment. Your Results) The method in which Spells are performed, or how the Amulets and Talismans are constructed is strictly confidential. Any questions concerning the services or items to you will default only under the 3 Point of Interest as all products and services are tried and true for over many decades. If you are uncertain, please take your time and purchase when ready.

Q: What if I change my mind, can I cancel?
A: You most certainly can! You have 24hrs to cancel at the time of your initial payment, therefore no payment is processed until after 24hrs your payment has been submitted via PayPal otherwise there are no refunds nor returns.

Q: Your prices are too high! How do you justify them?
A: On the contrary, they are quite reasonable considering there is work being done, materials made, all on your behalf. The final decision is up to you.

Q: Would you require me to do anything on my behalf?
A: For the most part, No. No sacrifices, no standing out naked upon the full moon nor worshiping any deities etcetera. I will require certain information regarding your purchase from you which I will contact you directly to complete this.

Q: Which forces do you work with? Do you do this ritual alone, with others? Will I experience ill fate because of something adverse done in a ritual on my behalf? 
A: In a nutshell, the answer is “No” the services listed are for “positive outcomes” in your life which by affiliation will affect those around you. Just the same please refer to my clause, “3 POINTS OF INTEREST”

Q: Will you run off with my money? What will I receive?
A: The decision is yours to work with me or not. I have been working within the community offline and online for over 40 years. If you cannot afford to purchase an Amulet, Talisman or Spell there are always other options to help you in your time and need, you may always start off with purchasing a reading. You have 24 hours to change your mind once you have placed your order. With each Spell, you will receive a Talisman to additionally aid on your behalf along with suggested instructions to assist you further.

Q: Do you accept deposits?
A: Unfortunately, not at this time.

Q: What if the Amulet, Talisman or Spell does not work?
A: That would be extremely rare. The request from you will need to be very transparent. And the agreed outcome the same so there are no grey areas of delivery. If the request is not reasonable, for instance, you would like to burn steel with your eyes…. your request would not be granted and your money not accepted.

Q: Do you offer any other Spells, Amulets Talismans or Rituals not listed?

Questions on Amulets:

Q: Will I have to perform a ritual, make a sacrifice or submit to a spirit of any sort?
A: The answer is simply, “NO”.

Q: What materials are your amulets made out of?
A: The amulets are NOT fashioned items and it is all in the proven work put into the charm. Once Ordered you will receive suggested instructions on how to best wear/carry your Amulet.

Q: Can you provide me a picture?
A: These amulets are charged specifically for the person it’s intended for. Therefore, it is not wise for me to post pictures.

Q: How long does it take for the Amulets to have an effect?
A: From 3 days to two weeks you will start receiving gradual changes in your life.

Q: Do you have feedback on the Amulets already purchased?
A: Feedback has been both positive and private, I am not concerned with boasting about the many happy customers received but rather than to carry on to continue to service them. If you should doubt purchasing an Amulet to change your Luck, please do not purchase one unless you are certain this is what you want. Luck is person to each person it happens to.

Q: What if I don’t receive the Luck or results that I expected?
A: Your amulet will bring the luck you desire, no doubt. There are no returns for Amulets as they will have been charged specifically charged for the individual. However, sometimes there are some people who need more than just an Amulet so I recommend a spell to be performed on their behalf.

Q: How long will it take for my Amulet to reach me?
A: Because of the importance of each Amulet, it is tracked via post so it varies. Shipping is done internationally (placed in neutral packaging), however in some areas it may take longer. In some countries where shipping may not be prohibited, I will contact you beforehand regarding alternate shipping destinations to avoid any problems. If there cannot be a solution to a suitable place of delivery, unfortunately, I will not be able to send you your Amulet.

Questions about your Spells and Talismans:

Q: What’s included? Will I get a kit delivered to me to work with?
A: You will receive a Talisman specifically made and charged for you and you alone. You will receive information on what will happen next once you have made payment. Once your spell has been done it can take anywhere from 1 week to 40 days for you to see results.  Please refer to the Amulets FAQ above is those questions also apply.
